60 days...

Class filling up at Food for Thought.

Ultraman Hawaii is closing in. Sixty days and it's here.

I've got that excited for Christmas, and anxious with nerves feeling.  I know what it's going to take to do well--I know what I need to do. It's going to be amazing and I just can't wait.

Get me to the line.

I want to say a quick THANK YOU again to Farmington Gardens for giving me an opportunity to spend a few weekends sharing some of my passions with interested folks.  Talking nutrition, Ultraman, More than Sport, and the Ameena Project was a blessing and I met a lot of cool people.

To share it with Rhonda was the best.  This past class went very well and I've included a few small clips in the Video portion of this blog.

Please take a look below--It's around eight minutes and has a few thoughts,  few common sense key's I try to remind myself,  and a thank you to a new friend that sent me a package in the mail this week filled with music and encouragement.  Thank you Al. Thank you so very much man.

Next blog will include a few updates about RYU, Vuelta Wheels, and Living Fuel.

I'll also be sharing a bit more about Hawaii along with some thoughts from my family about what it has been like to live with me these past few months preparing for Ultraman Hawaii.  Yes...that will be a Video....should be fun.

Thanks for reading.
