It's been 2 weeks since Ironman Texas-Recovery went well and I am at it again.  Busy getting things in line for Louisville already and dialing in my plan.

I will get an update out this week. Thank you to all who have e-mailed me and given support after Texas.  I am still so thankful to log a 9:51 at Texas and am excited to see what goes down in Kentucky.
